Isolate the dryer
Pull the unit, clean the back of the machine and the short flex section, check heat exchanger for lint accumulation.

Rotary brush fed from the exterior, HEPA vacuum from the interior. We pull everything, not just the near end.
Airflow test
Anemometer at the exterior cap confirms airflow above 3,200 fpm — the NFPA threshold for a properly cleaned vent.
