Phone and online estimates are preliminary. Binding quotes follow an on-site walk-through. Final price depends on actual scope and access.

Warranty

12-month workmanship recleaning guarantee on NADCA-process cleaning work. Does not cover additional contamination from ongoing sources not disclosed at time of quote.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the invoiced amount of the specific job. $2,000,000 general liability coverage is maintained.
